Making A Purchase 1. Select the item that you would like to order followed by the order quantity and then click on "add to cart" button. You will then be taken to your shopping cart which contains a list of the items you have decided to purchase; you can also remove selected items and amend the quantities in the shopping cart.
2.. Once you have finished selecting your products and you are ready to make a purchase, click on the "checkout" button.
3. You will then be asked to input your name, address and delivery address, after you have entered these details you will then be taken to a secure webpage to enter your payment information.
4. Once you have successfully processed your payment information you will receive an order confirmation number, you will also be emailed an order confirmation with details of the items you have ordered.
5. When a confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order and it does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
6. The purchase of any goods from this website is governed by English Law. By accepting these terms and conditions you are submitting the contract to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
7. CANCELLATIONS: A customer has the right to cancel any orders placed online or over the phone within 24 hours free of charge. Please contact us by email to cancel any orders placed.
7b. Aquariums Direct reserve the right to refuse any order cancellation requests that requested 24 hours or more from the date the order was placed.
8. ONLINE OFFERS: All offers on Aquariums Online are not binding and without obligation. The author/authors of this website reserve the right to amend or delete the content of offers without notice.
9. PICTURES/ILLUSTRATIONS: All pictures and illustrations on this website are supplied by the manufacturer of the product in question. We cannot guarantee all Pictures or illustrations are 100% accurate and the product you receive may differ from the product shown on illustration on Aquariums Online.
9b. Aquariums Online accepts no responsibility for the inaccuracy of pictures and illustrations on this website.
10. STOCK: Stock of items. Most items are available from stock, if however in the unlikely event of a product being out of stock or discontinued we will contact you with a revised availability date and we will also offer a full refund.

Delivery Schedule 1. Delivery for all items on Aquariums Direct can take up to five working days from the date of an order confirmation being received. We will contact you immediately If for any reason an order will take longer than five working days.
2. Any orders placed containing an aquarium of any size are completely free of charge to all customers anywhere in the mainland UK.
3. All orders not containing aquariums have a standard delivery charge of £4.95 for anywhere in the mainland UK.
4. All delivery timeframes are from Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays and Holiday periods.
5. Please note that we use Parcel Force for any orders placed online. Occasionally a large item may be drop shipped direct from a supplier, when this occurs we will inform you of the courier details including an estimated delivery time.
6. Aquariums Online do not deliver any products anywhere outside the mainland UK. Aquariums Direct reserve the right to cancel and refund any orders placed online outside the mainland UK.
7. Due to the fragile nature of aquariums, Aquariums Online insists that you must open and inspect all aquariums for damage before you sign for the item and accept delivery. Delivery MUST be refused if any damage is found and you must inform us of this so we can arrange re delivery of a non-defective product.
8. Please do not sign and accept any delivery of items from Aquariums Online if there is ANY indication of damage caused to your delivery during transit. Aquariums' Online reserves the right to refuse refund of any items that have arrived damaged but have not been signed for as damaged by any recipient at the delivery address.

Back Orders If you have ordered a special order item then we will keep you contstantly updated on its progess. You will also be contacted on the dat of despatch so you know when to expect your order.

Credit Card Security 1. Payment can be made online using either a debit or credit card and most types of card are accepted, please note that we cannot process orders using an American Express card.
2. Aquariums Online will use Protx secure online ordering system to take all online debit/credit card orders. Both our servers and Protx serves are 100% fully encrypted so your shopping experience will be a secure one.
3. CHEQUES: Aquariums Direct will happily accept a cheque as a form of payment. Please be advised that items purchased will not be sent until your payment is cleared deemed as cleared funds
4. Please note if paying by cheque, we can only accept orders over the phone.
5. Please make any cheques payable to Micar Computers and send all cheques to the address found in the contact section of this website.

Guarantee We would like to think that you will always be happy with any products you purchase from us, however in the unlikley event that you are not happy with the quality of a product purchased then we will issue you with a full refund.
The returns and remittance policy in our terms and conditions applies to this guarantee.

Reaching Us 1. You are welcome to contact us by phone to order your products; we can take orders over the phone during our business hours of 9:30am to 17:00pm Monday to Friday. (Excluding public holidays). You can speak to one of our friendly members of staff by emailing sales@aquariums4fish.com
2. There is no additional charge for taking orders over the phone and once your order is complete you will be emailed an order confirmation.

Privacy Policy 1. Aquariums Online reserve the right to refuse any transaction we feel to be fraudulent. If we feel that your transaction is a fraudulent one then funds will automatically be refunded and we will contact you to confirm the transaction has been cancelled.
2. Any information gather by Aquariums Online will only be used to for fill orders and no information will be passed onto third parties for any reason whatsoever.
3. Occasionaly we may send you promotional emails using the email address provided when an item or items have been ordered online, if you would like us to remove you from the promotional mailing list then please contact us.

Returns Policy 1. If an item arrives faulty or defective then Aquariums Direct will replace this item upon us receiving the faulty or defective item back.
2. We will arrange collection of a faulty or defective item at our own cost.
3. If an item is deemed as "non defective" or "not faulty" upon receipt then Aquariums Online reserve the right to refuse replacing the item. A collection charge of £9.95 will be incurred by the customer to cover the collection cost. The customer will have 28 days to pay this collection charge or further action will be taken.
4. The customer is fully responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items. The customer is also responsible for the safe return of the product and a refund will not be issued until we receive the product in the same resalable condition it was dispatched in. The customer will be refunded for the item only and not the original delivery cost.
5. Aquariums Online reserves the right to refuse refund of an unwanted item if the item returned in a condition deemed to "unacceptable" or an "unsellable ". Aquariums Onliine will not be responsible for returning the item if this is found to be the case.
6. Aquariums Online reserve the right to refuse the return of any Aquariums as deemed as unwanted items.
